Upon full payment for a project, clients receive ownership of the custom code and design deliverables as specified in the project agreement. YRG Tech Solutions retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

YRG Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

6Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
